Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible to delegate new enquiries for processing by drafters and verify the ouput
- Responsible to assign awarded projects to drafters to generate shop drawings, final material extract and related documents
- Responsible for attending to customers’ complain on technical or quality issues and follow up until resolved
- Responsible to identify and enlist the latest authority regulations with regards to technical specifications for presentation to management
- Responsible to update relevant sections of monthly report and submit to Technical Manager
- Responsible to conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material in Logistics warehouse
- Responsible to compile presentation materials and upkeep database on technical matters for organisational knowledge.
- Attend to internal meeting
- Ensure the achievement of yearly corporate and department goals and outlines
- Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower
- Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard
- Ensure technical team are abide with Company Directive and policy
Qualifications:
- With at least 5 years experience
- With Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferably with PBU/ PPVC experience
