We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer with a strong background in Windows systems and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience and holds a Diploma or higher qualification. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for Windows systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Collaborate with end-users within the organisation to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities, solutions provided, and client interactions.
- Assist with the deployment and management of software and hardware upgrades.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Windows systems and Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Essential educational and/or training qualifications and certificates:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
Preferred experience and knowledge:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, providing technical support for Windows systems and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
