Company Secretarial Senior Executive or Assistant Manager

Job scope:

• Manage and carry out corporate secretarial and related services for a portfolio of clients including the following:
• Incorporation of new Companies and registration of LLPs and other entities
• Routine corporate secretarial matters including preparation of documents
• Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial records
• Filing of annual returns and other transactions with ACRA
• E-stamping transactions with IRAS
• Monitor and manage registered address service provided to clients
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. AGM and Annual Return deadlines)
• Perform Client Due Diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation
• Submission of EP applications on behalf of clients
• Correspondence and liaison with authorities, banks and other parties
• Assist in advisory and non-routine corporate secretarial matters
• Other duties and tasks as may be required or assigned

Requirements:

• Local Diploma, Degree or professional qualification preferably in Corporate Secretarial Studies, Law, Accountancy
• Good knowledge of company laws and regulations
• Excellent command of English and writing skills
• At least 2 to 5 years’ of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work in Singapore
• Able to work independently and reliability with minimal supervision
