Job Description
We are seeking freelance Financial Family Coaches to join us In this role, you will work closely with families to understand their financial goals, challenges, and needs. You will provide coaching, education, and support to help them create and implement effective financial strategies. The ideal candidate is empathetic, a great listener, and has a strong background in financial planning or coaching.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or group-level financial coaching sessions with families to assess their financial situation, goals, and challenges.
- Develop personalized financial plans and strategies to help families develop and achieve their financial goals.
- Educate families on budgeting, saving, debt management, and investment principles.
- Provide ongoing support and accountability to ensure families stay on track with their financial plans.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, AEPP) would be a plus.
- Proven experience in financial planning, coaching, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.
