Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Human Resource functions and administrative matters
- Processing of monthly Payroll
- Manage IR21, tax clearance if required.
- Update and maintain of employee individual's personnel files and records
- Assist in training administration arrangements for internal / external courses
- Assist in dormitory arrangements, assignments, involve in application of work pass renewal
- Assist in WICA / H&S claims administration
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma and above in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR field with strong payroll experience
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
