Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Develop and implement performance review templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and fair performance evaluation
- Manage high-volume cross-border hiring processes to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and practices
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, with a particular focus on graduate hiring
- Develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool
- Foster a productive and collaborative remote working environment.
- Provide support and resources to remote team members to ensure their success and engagement
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role.
- Proven experience in developing performance review templates and guidelines
- Extensive experience in high-volume cross-border hiring
