Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate on training needs analysis
- Update / maintain training policies and track training spend
- Collaborate with payroll on training grants applications/records
- Compile training records and upkeep training documentation
- Liaise with Schools to source and manage internships and traineeships
- Organize employee events, trainings and initiatives
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on preparation of company events
- Maintain social media account on HR related postings
- Prepare quarterly e-newletters and internal communication materials
- Overtime checking for payroll processing
- Compile weekly / monthly staff attendance reports
- Prepare monthly Management’s presentation slides
- Stationery replenishment
- Order gifts for staff (e.g. new born, get-well, etc)
Job Requirement:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in HRM or equivalent professional qualifications
- Demonstrated minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Exhibit a high level of independence, initiative, and attention to detail, adept at prioritisation
