● Overall responsible for daily operations in kitchen, food storage and dishwashing area.
● Assist in customer service, cashier duties and service duties.
● Maintain stock inventory and ordering.
● Maintain food costing
● Handle administrative tasks such as material report.
● Maintain equipment and arrange for equipment repairs and maintenance.
● Assist in new menu creation and improvement.
● Assist in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
● Responsible for training new chefs according to SOP.
● Improve LEAN system within the company.
● Improve 5S Housekeeping system within the company.
● Providing highest quality standard in customer service and 5S housekeeping.
● Work as a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieve More).
● Ensure strict adherence to food safety according to SFA food hygiene and practices.
● Other tasks as required by Manangement.
● Assist and report to Management.
