  • Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
    Schedule and assign tasks to employees.

    Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
    Assist customers with inquiries and special requests.
  • Sales and Profitability:Achieve sales targets and store profitability goals.
    Implement sales promotions and marketing strategies.
    Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
    Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Store Operations:Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
    Ensure proper functioning of equipment and fixtures.
    Oversee cash handling and financial transactions.
    Manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
    Adhere to health and safety regulations.
    Monitor and prevent theft and other security issues.
  • Inventory Management:Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
    Manage stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
    Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries.
  • Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
    Analyze financial and operational reports to make informed decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
    Gather customer feedback and use it to improve store operations and service.
  • Training and Development:Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve store performance.
  • Problem Solving:Quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
    Implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
