Job Responsibilities
- Process daily Open Account Trade (OAT) transactions
- Process invoices and financings to customers in accordance to the agreed service standards
- Process settlement of principal loans and interest
- Perform escalations and follow up on overdue invoices
- To adhere to risk and control guidelines / policies, processes / procedures established in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Support and assist in adhoc projects / requests to improve work processes
Job Requirements:-
- Experienced in trade finance, banking operations or a related financial services role have added an advantage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing transactions and financial data.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing processes, policies, and project requirements.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards in managing financial transactions and customer data
