Responsibilities:
Responsible for Group’s, finance, HR and administrative functions with the Finance team in:
- Cash management and dayto-day liaison with bank
- Monitor and manage funding requirement within the group
- Ensure timely closing and management reporting
- Preparation of budget and monitoring of variances
- Work with auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance for Singapore incorporate entities
- Company secretarial and corporate compliance matters for all entities
- Monitor existing investments of the Group, including managing capital calls/distributions
- Actively look for yield enhancing ideas as well as evaluation of investment ideas from banks
- Involve in evaluation and execution of new deals, including due diligence, incorporation of companies, tax matters and financing
- Working with bank for financing of deals
- Assist in planning and funding of philanthropy programmes and annual community education awards
- Any adhoc duties as directed by Group CEO
- Any administrative matters that may arise from time to time
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance
- Qualified CA/CPA
- About 10 years’ working experience in similar field
- Experience working in family offices preferred
- Hands on in all aspects of accounting and company secretarial matters
- Effective leadership skill and people management
