Position: Business Associate / Assistant
Role Overview:
This role requires a detail-oriented approach, exceptional organisational skills, and a capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a strong drive to build a meaningful, impactful career.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the effort of the USA Initial Public Offering (IPO) and assist in expediting work results.
- Liaise with international organisations involved in our IPO efforts.
- Keep track of IPO-related documentation and communications.
- Maintain professional phone and email communications.
- Assist in the production of written publications and graphic, video and other multimedia materials.
The Must-Haves We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, DocuSign, etc.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and handle overtime as needed.
- Ability to organise, evaluate, and solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Desire to build a lasting career, not a 9-to-6 job.
