- Deliver quality customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
- Collaborate with assigned FA Partners, FA Advisers, Sales Managers, and their product teams to drive sales.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns and activities to meet business goals.
- Build trust and confidence with partners through prompt and effective support.
- Identify and exceed the needs of partners to gain a competitive advantage.
- Maintain strong business relationships with strategic partners to enhance business efficiency.
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and sales events.
- Focus on team goals and outputs while supporting team relationships.
- Ensure smooth and efficient business operations for designated FA partners.
- Coordinating with FA Advisers to address application queries, rectify documentation errors, and follow up on additional requirements for new business applications.
- Contribute to the overall growth through strategic propositions and effective channel management.
*Qualifications:*
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the life insurance and financial services industry is advantageous.
- Preferably knowledgeable about the financial industry and products.
- Ability to lead, motivate, train, and coach FA advisers to achieve business targets.
- Positive, proactive, with good business acumen and results-oriented.
- Independent, self-driven, and resourceful.
