Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Security and Parking Operations Manager to be part of their Operations Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Security and Parking Operations Manager:
- Manage carpark applications, reports, security plans, SOPs, training guides, and access systems.
- Monitor overall security and carpark operations, including tenant inquiries and addressing issues or complaints.
- Prepare and call tenders for term contract services like security and carpark systems.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, parking fees, and complimentary tickets.
- Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational issues.
- Work with property management and stakeholders on carpark operations and improvements.
- Assist visitors and tenants with security-related inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain records of incidents and conduct regular inspections of security operations.
- Guide the security team in emergency situations and collaborate with law enforcement if needed.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare monthly and annual reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- Relevant experience in Commercial Buildings settings.
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days
