Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify customer needs and requirements.
• Design and propose tailored Microsoft Security solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Microsoft Security solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle, including solution architecture, design, and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Security products, features, and industry trends.
• Create and deliver technical content, including whitepapers, case studies, and proposals.
• Engage with customers and partners to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to demonstrate the capabilities of Microsoft Security solutions.
• Assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs with accurate and detailed technical information.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Security technologies, such as Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, and Azure Sentinel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, are a plus.
