Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a
strong pool of talent for open roles.
Screening and evaluating candidate profile and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Leveraging job board and hiring platforms to source talent.
Collaborate with recruitment consultant and other stakeholders to identify each position’s requirements
Key Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, trainers and learners about the value of the educational programmes.
Strong time management skills, such as the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
