As a HR cum Admin at Titan Tech Academy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives through effective management of its human capital. You'll also provide a range of administrative support services to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You'll be the face and voice representing our institution, requiring a highly professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
HR Duties:
· Recruitment and Onboarding
· Assist in work pass application/cancellation
· Track on worker's attendance record
· Keep track of employee information and documents.
· Assist with employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll.
· Manage attendance and leave requests.
· Share and update HR policies with employees.
· Support employee training and growth.
· Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
· Help organize events to boost employee morale.
· Support health and safety initiatives in the workplace.
· Assist in organizing companies events
Admin duties:
● General Administrative work
● Maintaining the office environment
● Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Good interpersonal and multi-task skills
● Willing to learn and long term work /develop in the organization
● Minimum 1 year HR administrative experience
● Be able to converse in English and Mandarin
● 5 days work per week
