Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will represent the Headquarter (HQ) to ensure smooth financial operations and effective stakeholder management in China. The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting, capable of managing financial operations and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective management and coordination of financial operations in our China subsidiary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with HQ to ensure local strategies are aligned with overall company objectives and to facilitate the implementation of company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of accounting and financial reporting processes.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate strategies.
- Oversee the subsidiary’s budget, ensuring financial targets are achieved and resources are efficiently allocated.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with 3+ years in management.
- Fluency in Mandarin and strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international and Chinese accounting standards.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
