Human Resource Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform HR functions including Payroll, Employee data maintenance, Training administration, Recruitment & Selection and day to day HR administration.
  • Process payroll (monthly and adhoc) for operation employees using TIMES in a timely and accurate basis for approximately 700 headcounts
  • Generate monthly payroll reports and handle payroll related enquiries
  • Responsible for Work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Prepare and draft Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation and other employment related contracts
  • Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing
  • Submission of government-paid claims such as Training Grants, NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims
  • Handle labour market surveys
  • Support recruitment activities and team bonding activities
  • Maintain personnel files and keep HR related information updated
  • Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives and policies
  • Assist in the reviewing of Employee Handbook annually
  • And other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Exposure with Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act is a must
  • Able to maintain close and effective personal working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, resourceful, meticulous and organized
  • Team player with a keen interest to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point
  • Knowledge of TIMES Software will be an added advantage
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.
