- Setting up and documenting of administrative and human resource control systems, policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submitting of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly administrative and human resource reports for control and planning requirements.
- Upkeeping of HR administration records and other general files.
- Highlighting discrepancies and recommending HR administration policy improvements and changes when necessary.
- Preparing and consolidating of administrative and human resource annual budget and reports.
- Processing of employment pass, work permit application /or renewal.
- Assisting in processing of monthly payroll and benefits, including calculation of overtime, submission of CPF contribution, and payroll reports. Check on MOM levy.
- Maintaining and controlling of office inventory and filing systems.
- Implementing and ensuring total quality management in guest service.
- Coordinating recruitment and hiring processes, including organising training programmes and supporting employees with various HR-related queries and concerns.
- Performing any other duties as and when delegated by the General Manager and Directors of the Company.
