Responsibilities:
· Vendor sourcing for construction materials from international and domestic markets
- Assist to review and prepare contractual documents for material purchase
- Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply and pricing options to generate quote comparison sheets
- Familiar with construction material and specification.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as track record, experience, product lines etc.
- Maintain records of all purchases, pricing and other important data
Requirements:
· At least degree or diploma
· Minimum 5 years as Procurement officer or related position
· Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
· Ability to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
· Attention to detail
