Actually Pte Ltd and subsidiary Actually Trading Pte Ltd established since 2005. we are distributor and retailer for outdoor and fashion brands with 11 retail outlets Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Total staff of 40 in Singapore and total 70 in 3 countries. We are looking for our first HR Executive reporting to Finance Manager and director
- Manage the recruitment: Post job listings, arrange & conduct interviews including part time and full time in 3 countries
- Work Pass Management: Quota, applications, renewals, issuance and cancellations.
- Understand HR function : Prepare employment contracts, staff quarterly and annual appraisals
- Payroll management: Onboarding, create profiles, off boarding, keep records on payroll system
- Leave Management: Record and monitor leave, prepare quarterly reports.
- Claims Management : Travel expenses, staff claims , entitlements, product loans, ns make up claims.
- Handle HR related issues: Staff welfare, implementation of HR policy, handle grievances, exit procedures.
- Insurance Updates: Create medical cards for new staff and update insurance records for resignees.
- Submission & applications government grants, administer internship program.
- Government Submissions : CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc.
- Assist in other duties assigned
Requirements
- Understanding of the Employment Act with at least 1-2 years of experience in HR is preferred.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Positive attitude, good team player, high integrity, initiative and responsibility.
