Job Description
- Acquire expertise in both internal and external reporting requirements for ESG factors and stay updated on emerging stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with metric owners, other departments, and external specialists, as needed, to gather, consolidate, and analyze ESG data periodically
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate ESG related risks within the organization's operations, and stakeholder interactions.
- Offer guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding ESG control requirements
- Oversee the process of providing internal assurance on processes, controls, and governance related to non-financial disclosures
- Preparing audit reports, conducting internal quality performance reviews (QPR) on reporting, analyzing report findings, and recommending action plans
The Successful Applicant
- Hands on experience in ESG reporting, audit, or ESG-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards
