Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of key changes to the business by leading Global Change Management (GCM) process
  • Creating and managing end to end calendar with critical steps, dependencies and dates
  • Hosting kick-off calls with change owner to gather stakeholders, begin impact assessment and identify leads from each functional group to be part of the project
  • Help change owners craft clear messages that address all stakeholder questions (including Legal & Compliance)
  • Build and develop partnerships with potential initiators/ change owners, channel leads and stakeholders by:
  • Provide ongoing 1:1 consultative training to change owners on both process and tools during the course of their GCM, as well as provide general training to raise awareness of GCM process
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings
  • Assist in awareness campaigns and communications of Global Change Management objectives, process
  • Develop analytics and reporting to track effectiveness of process and identify potential process improvements
  • Contribute to developing enhancements of Work Flow Management tool
  • Provide thought leadership in continually reviewing process and identifying improvements
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Key Third Party Management Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with various functions/stakeholders of the bank on various fronts related to TPM
    initiatives including internal audit and regulatory reviews
  • Contribute in developing/ reviewing Country level TPM program document to ensure
    alignment with the local regulatory expectations and requirements
  • Support Country Third Party Risk Steering Committee (CTPM - SC) meetings and ensure that
    all discussions/ actions are documented
  • Ensure that Annual Due Diligence requirements are duly adhered to by all stakeholders for all
    Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs) and overdue ADDs are appropriately escalated to the
    CTPM-SC
  • Escalate any significant exceptions highlighted in the TPM Dashboard to CTPM-SC / BAO
    functional management for resolution
  • Manage Inventory for External & Internal Outsource Service Providers including subcontractors
    leveraging on the Inventory template shared by the Regional TPM Office duly
    aligned with local regulatory requirements
  • Supporting various country requests/queries for better management of Third Parties across
    the region
  • Review various risk reports/databases and help in effectively addressing the risks
    Perform root-cause analysis of key indicators breaches along with BAO/BAO Support or
    Service Recipient and track for effective closure
  • Develop various presentations for senior management review and discussion
    Develop guidance notes, procedures, including devising collation of information via the
    SharePoint
  • Review opportunities to simplify and streamline the existing CBAT clearance process with
    specific focus on reducing the turnaround time and improving quality of submissions from the
    business. Work with the CBDC Utilities to help address issues.
  • PDPA - work closely with various businesses and contribute to developing/reviewing country
    level PDPA documents/business procedures to ensure alignment with the local data privacy
  • Develop guidance notes, procedures, including devising collation of information via
    SharePoint and other collaborative tools
