Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance review, training and offboarding etc.
- Manage the employee P-file and records in system
- Manage the HR operational functions such as preparation of employment contracts, promotion letters, work pass renewal etc.
- Manage monthly payroll and yearly income tax submission
- Assist with the planning and organizing of monthly/annual company events
- In charge of office administrative matters such as managing office pantry, letterbox, facility
- Manage Office Assets
- Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements
- Maintain complete confidentiality of all HR related information.
- Provide general administrative support in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
Experience Required
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR
- Has knowledge of local employment law and regulations
- Proactive and meticulous
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred
