Job Summary:


The Sales Consultant for General Renovation Works will be responsible for generating and closing sales for our renovation services. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their renovation needs, providing professional advice, and managing the sales process from initial contact to project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the renovation industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for general renovation projects through various channels.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their renovation needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate client requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
  • Handle all aspects of the sales process, including managing calls, following up on leads, and maintaining a detailed customer database.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with design, carpentry, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of renovation projects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
