Quality Management:
- Implement routine Quality Management (QM) tasks, including new staff QM training, annual QM training, HACCP validation, and mock recalls.
- Strengthen the BU/RBU IMS concept by ensuring compliance with IMS standards through on-site inspections.
- Report on the BU/RBU IMS status to the Group via management review reports and meetings.
- Handle customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans for workplace health and safety compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external IMS audits.
- Drive corrective actions based on internal audit findings.
- Update the IMS Report quarterly.
SHE & Security Administration:
- Maintain, improve, and evaluate the SHE management system regularly.
- Submit monthly SHE reports.
- Implement SHE initiatives, including travel request forms, risk assessments, and safety questionnaires.
- Coordinate security-related activities such as first aid training, fire drills, and fire-fighting training.
- Actively participate in the SHE committee.
ICT Support:
- Procure and set up new PCs for employees.
- Manage SAP IDs for new and resigned employees.
- Address ICT concerns raised by employees.
- Collaborate with the regional ICT team.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Quality or related discipline.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Quality or related field
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Independent and able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Sense of ownership and accountability.
- Active listener with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
