- Assist in the management of files.
- Assist in the drafting and preparation of court documents and correspondences.
- Support day-to-day operational matters and office duties.
- Perform clerical duties e.g., scheduling of appointments and meetings; tracking of timelines and deadlines; data entry; collating and organising data and documents; drafting of letters/emails; online submission of forms, documents, and reports etc.
- Assist in the set-up of meeting rooms for in-person meetings, court hearings, and videoconferencing.
- Coordinate with courier services for dispatch of documents and other effects.
- Resolve administrative and operational issues, and implement improvements to workflow.
- Follow-up with any other administrative duties as assigned.
