Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full set of accounts
- Handle the full spectrum of Account Payables function
- Assist in the day-to-day financial operations
- Preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, reconciliation of accounts and reporting packages
- Assist in yearly statutory audit, including collate / prepare audit schedules, draft statutory accounts and attend to auditors’ queries as well as yearly XBRL filing
- Ensure timely and accurate management and financial reporting on a monthly basis
- Handle quarterly GST submission
- Handle yearly tax computation and income tax filling
- Assist in annual budget and ad-hoc forecast
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy from a recognized institute and/or minimum 3-4 years working experience in relevant accounting environment
- Proficient in using ERP system (Microsoft Navision) will be an added advantage
