Senior Plant Engineer/ Operation Engineer (Waste recycle company)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation and maintenance activities of waste to energy plants, wood crushing plant, recycling and resource recovery plants to ensure smooth functioning.
- Provide technical guidance and conduct initial analysis of operational processes.
- Manages the Operation and Maintenance department in alignment with company objectives, providing leadership and guidance to personnel while addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Facilitate engineering works to improve plant and Company efficiencies and synergies.
- Accountable for budgeting and controlling operating costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization while maintaining optimal plant performance.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of operation experience in a process Industry or waste recycling plant
- Strong understanding of plant operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Good Leadership and excellent communication Skill
