Finance Controller
Responsibilities
- Daily finance operations and preparation of monthly and quarterly closing for financial records
- Managing budgeting and forecasting activities and financial analysis
- Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow to ensure profitability and adherence to financial goals
- Analyzing financial date and provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to Management Team
- Advising on funding sources and evaluating funding options for the organisation
- Allocation of funds, monitor and projection of company cash flow
- Performing cost-benefit analysis for potential projects or investments
- Handle corporate tax filings and GST tax matters
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Liaise with external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agents
- Building relationships with banks, investor and other stakeholders
- Adhoc duties as assigned by Management Team
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- At least 15 years of relevant working experience
- Experienced in project funding and fund management
- Solid SG GAAP and IFRS knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in financial management software and MS office
