Key responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate with in-house team and external agencies to implement digital and social media campaigns and activations.
- Drive the execution of digital touchpoints and marketing collaterals e.g. eDM, e-brochure, reels, video etc.
- Plan, prepare and co-write content for social media with alignment to the company’s brand pillars and business objectives.
- Oversee SEO implementation and tagging on the company’s websites.
- Develop strategies to improve website content and user journey to elevate customer experiences.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance and front coordination with agencies to adjust the budgets.
- Escalate social media feedback to relevant business units and departments for follow-up, and triage appropriate response and actions.
- Work closely with business units to ensure alignment of content.
- Track and manage financial budget to ensure optimization of digital and social media campaigns.
- SAP processing and any other related activities required for social media and digital execution.
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mass Communications.
- Relevant working experience in digital, social media and marketing communications.
- Passion for content, writing and everything digital.
- Proficient in social media targeting and outcomes measurement.
- Ability to manage timelines and front conversations with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable with financial budgets, data analytical tools.
- Prior experience in the energy industry is not required, but an appreciation for energy and sustainability topics will be helpful.
- Keen aesthetic judgement to adhere to brand guidelines.
