Job Description
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.

- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams as needed.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project coordination or related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Only applicable to Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents.
