Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the books of accounts for all companies within the Group.
- Oversee and manage cash flow, including reviewing systems for invoicing, tracking payments, and analyzing the aging of outstanding accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure inter-company accounts are balanced and reconciled.
- Oversee year-end procedures, including accruals, prepaids, receivables, payables, and any necessary journal entries.
- Prepare accounts for the financial year-end audit, liaising with auditors to ensure a clean signoff and addressing any audit gaps.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and assist with corporate income tax and property tax
- Collaborate with business units to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Suggest process improvements for the in-house system or automation of processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Finance, ACCA, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Strong experience in handling full sets of accounts is highly preferred.
