Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment (from placement of career advertisements to conducting interviews, selections, inductions, orientations, training etc.)
- Manage Talent Acquisition and build external and internal recruitment channels to meet recruitment needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirement
- Provide good customer service to clients and candidates
Job Requirements:
- Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates that can start work immediately or within short notice would be advantageous.
