Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with day-to-day financial transactions, including invoice verification and bill processing.
- Perform data entry and organize financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist with financial analysis.
- Provide support in preparing audit documents and materials to facilitate the audit process.
- Help manage the company’s cash flow, including monitoring bank account balances and reconciling bank statements.
- Process employee reimbursements and benefits applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with other ad-hoc financial projects and special tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in finance or accounting-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in a professional service firm is advantageous.
