Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and ensure smooth execution within budget and timelines.
- Coordinate site work with contractors and customers, ensuring compliance with quality and EHS standards.
- Design, plan, and oversee testing, commissioning, software programming, and on-site supervision for Building Control System.
- Prepare submittals including schematics, descriptions, and technical literature, maintaining current design documents.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of Building Control System, applying HVAC/ACMV experience and preparing sequences.
- Create IO point schedules, assignments, and material selections, incorporating value engineering.
- Identify and control risks, participate in site EHS inspections, and report unsafe conditions.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, maintaining excellent customer relations.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the HVAC/ACMC Building Control System industry.
- Strong customer management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) such as Siemens/Allen-Bradley.
