COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage frontend projects, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed as per schedule.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while delivering quality results.
- Identify and communicate potential concerns or risks, implementing best practices for risk management.
- Organize and conduct project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines.
- Maintain completeness, accuracy, and storage of project documents. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Stay up to date with frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Provide operational support and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
- Those with experience in underground utilities
- especially Cable/ water/gas pipes will be advantageous
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented client relationship and people
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- 6 days work week
- Working location: Sungei Kadut (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
