Are you passionate about cloud security and eager to play a crucial role in protecting a global bank’s digital assets? We’re seeking an experienced DLP Cloud Security Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures within cloud environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security solutions and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Strategies: Craft a comprehensive cloud DLP security strategy aligned with organizational goals and compliance needs.
• Design Secure Solutions: Architect secure cloud systems, focusing on network security, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and data protection.
• Monitor and Address Threats: Continuously oversee cloud environments for security threats and vulnerabilities, and guide proactive measures.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Reporting and Documentation: Establish reporting routines and develop control documentation, including procedures and metrics.
• Consult and Present: Advise on control processes and create high-level presentations for executives and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in information security, with at least 5 years in cloud security. Prior experience as a Security Architect or similar role is highly desirable.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a strong grasp of their security services and best practices.
• Security Expertise: Deep understanding of security principles, network security, DLP, and encryption technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, comfortable with ambiguity and complex security risks.
• DLP Administration: Experience with configuring and managing DLP tools, including policy setup, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Certification: Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) preferred or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Desired Skills:

• DLP Technologies: Experience with operating and tuning DLP technologies.
• CASB Solutions: Familiarity with CASB solutions such as Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint, and M365.
• Cloud DLP Solutions: Knowledge of DLP solutions for various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Technical Skills: Understanding of basic networking (VPN, TCP/UDP), encryption (SSL, AES), and ancillary services (DNS, LDAP/AD).
• Scripting: Intermediate scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
