The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT.
• More than 10 years experience in IT consulting or project delivery with HRMS, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience (both functional and configuration) with SAP SuccessFactor -> EC and ONB modules
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementation of at least 2 full cycle of SAP SuccessFactor
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementation of at least 1 full cycle of ONB migration from v1.0 to v2.0.
ONB v1.0 to v2.0 migration training and completed one cycle of implementation.
MUST: SAP will issue a certificate for such experienced consultant.
• Professionally level certified in EC, ONB1.0 and ONB2.0
• Strong communication skills, for collaborating across different stakeholders
• Ability to work through deadlines and meet time constraints
