Job Highlights
Salary: up to $3000 per month
Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Location: Nearest to one-North MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Create course items and classes on learning management system
- Maintain and update course master list
- Add to staff’s learning history for classes which have concluded
- Enroll staff into classes where required
- Assist with migration of learning history data
- Prepare training application reports upon request
- Handle generic staff queries received in the mailbox.
- Assist in administrative and logistical support for setting up of physical in-person training sessions, including sending and collating invitations, attendance registration, training venue setup, feedback/evaluation collation, etc.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Min Diploma in any relevant fields.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Experience in using learning management system is an addition!
