Job Description
We are looking for a Business Admin Executive/Manager to join us in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities
- You will report directly and provide support to the senior management
- Identify and address business process improvements
- Optimizing workflows through digitalisation, identifying improvement opportunities and recommend IT solutions
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are followed up for compliance with laws and regulations.
- Manage day-to-day office tasks and acts as the contact person for any administrative and office maintenance needs. For examples, including:
- Finance scope includes working with accounting team on accounts payables and receivables, bank statements reconciliation, etc.
- Purchasing scope include purchase and keep track of IT equipment, stock inventory.
- Sales administration includes sales reports to stakeholders, orders fulfilment, etc.
Requirements
