Job Description :
- To handle incoming and outgoing documents and drawings and ensure proper tracking, duplication and distribution to appropriate parties in accordance with established procedures
- Assist the project team in the submissions of plans and drawings for approval by relevant authorities (URA, BCA, SCDF, etc.) based on the project’s requirement, as required
- Liaise with engineering team members on a day-to-day basis to check on their documentation requirements for preparation and updating to the document register database
- File and archive documentation to facilitate easy retrieval
- Attend project meetings as and when required
- Compile all the required documentation for customers during projects hand over in order to comply with the project requirements.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as required
Requirements :
- Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or other equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience in document control and/or administration position in theconstruction industry
- Able to multi task and work with deadlines
- Able to work independently
- Has initiative and is a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in AutoCad and MS Project is a plus.
- Has strong communication skill with people of all levels.
- Bilingual in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
