Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving of children meals according to in-house rotating menu.
- Coordinate food material orders to ensure zero-chance of food shortage or wastage.
- Maintaining correct stock levels and ensuring stock rotation.
- Ensure food is hygienically stored and food storage areas are kept clean.
- Follow Health Promotion Board Guidelines and maintain excellent health and hygiene procedures on food preparation.
- Provide general cleaning and maintain cleanliness of the premise, including common areas, Offices, classroom, washroom and etc.
- Cleaning and Sterlizing the children plates, bowls etc
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standard is kept on utmost level and maintaining high cleaning standard of premises according to NEA and ECDA guideline.
- Any other task given to you by the Principal at the Principal’s discretion.
