1. Knowledge of HR laws & regulations
2. Adhere to labour law (MOM)
3. Recruitment (familiar with MOM online system)
4. Onboarding staff
5. Employee records maintenance
6. Payroll functions & HR information systems
7. Ensure employee welfare
8. Handling employee’s complaints
9. Mediating conflicts between staff
10. Update HR policies
11. 5 days week, working hours: 8.30am till 5.30pm
12. Monthly salary $2800 to $3,000
13. Singaporean or PR with 2-3 years experience
14. Attained higher secondary or equivalent
