Accounts & HR Executive cum Admin Duties:-
- Full spectrum of Accounts functions including daily cash flow update/handle AR and AP/ GST reports/financial report
- Full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including coordinating of meetings and corporate activities, maintenance of office, recruitment and orientation of new employee.
- Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, IR8A income tax reporting, insurance.
- HR administration: P-filing, leave administration, EP/SP/WP/LOC application, staff exits. Update staff handbook, company SOP, etc.
- Manage and facilities and assets of the company.
- Submission for all government related survey/statistics and grants.
- Submission of claims for Government Grants.
- Shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews.
- Updating of leave records and attendances.
- Monitoring Premises insurance for Office & Warehouse.
- Handle ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Words and Excel
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle deadlines
- Bilingual
- Knowledge and experienced in Navision accounting software will be an advantage
- Possess an analytical mind and good in problem solving.
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment.
- Able to start immediately
5 day week (8.30am - 6.00pm)
