Description
- Assist Team Manager and senior members with administrative tasks in the department
- Handle data management, ensure ERP system are updated with latest data with accuracy
- Handle periodic regular reports for management, daily, weekly to annually as well as any presentation materials that is needed
- Follow up with other stakeholders and external parties and vendors to ensure matters are followed up for the team and manager
- Handle any other ad-hoc department administrative matters or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder in any discipline
- 1 year of administrative experience or entry-level can be considered as training will be provided
- Meticulous and diligent character
