Job Description
As a member of Group Human Resources, the incumbent will be supporting the following portfolio:
- Group Awards
- To support the planning and execution of annual awards cycle including conducting briefing for institutions’ representatives right through to preparing awards panel meetings.
- To support the claims processing for annual development awards.
- To support as a member in organising the annual awards ceremony.
- Workplace Health
- To provide secretariat support to Organisation's Staff Well-Being Committee, Staff Protection Function Subcomm and any others when required.
- To help with preparation, planning and execution of training/communication across Org institutions.
- To help with preparation, planning and execution of projects across Org institutions.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline.
- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR development related role.
- Strong in project management, planning and prioritisation.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
