Hiring : Driving Instructor (Heavy Vehicle)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational guidance for heavy vehicle drivers.
- Conduct refresher training for company-owned fleets (prime movers, hook-lift trucks, vacuum tankers, lorry cranes, etc.).
- Mentor and coach drivers on safe driving behaviors and defensive driving skills.
- Enhance drivers’ work attitude and mindset.
- Prepare lessons tailored to trainees’ needs.
- Teach practical driving skills.
- Conduct remedial training for drivers with performance issues.
- Develop orientation programs for new drivers.
- Perform driving aptitude assessments for recruitment.
- Counsel drivers with work attitude issues.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class 4 / 5 Singapore driving license.
- Minimum 10 years of safe driving experience with a clean record.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
