Job Description
- Responsible for timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing for all full-time and part-time employees. This includes attendance timesheet reconciliation, salary calculation as well as timely CPF submission and tax clearance submission.
- Recruitment – Liaising with recruitment agencies, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting both employee onboarding and offboarding sessions.
- HR employee database maintenance
- Address employees’ enquiries on salary matters, grievances and/or other HR-related matters.
- Oversee work pass matters – Work pass applications and renewals
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience as a HR Officer/ Assistant required, with a Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent with specialization in HRM
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a team-based environment
- High integrity with ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Data Management
- Good communication skills (both spoken and written)
